A Naples man has been charged in connection with an alleged sexual assault in Prattsburgh, New York. State Police say Brendan Miller, 19, was arrested in October for sexually assaulting a person who was physically unable to consent.
The incident reportedly took place on Oct. 19 during a gathering at a home on Blodgett Road. Troopers responded to a call about the assault on Oct. 31. Miller faces charges of first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony, and forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor.
Miller was processed and arraigned at the Steuben County Central Arraignment Office.
