Sergeants Eric MacLean and Andrew Hilker of the Seneca Falls Police Department have successfully completed a rigorous three-week Police Supervisor Course at the Finger Lakes Law Enforcement Training Facility in Ontario County. The course, renowned for its comprehensive approach, equips law enforcement personnel with essential leadership and supervisory skills.
The program delved into critical topics such as leadership strategies, conflict resolution, crisis management, communication techniques, and ethical decision-making. Both MacLean and Hilker excelled in the demanding training, further enhancing their ability to lead teams, make high-stakes decisions, and uphold professional conduct within the department.
