A Palmyra man was arrested on November 25 following an investigation into a larceny in the Town of Palmyra, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Mark Beluke, 54, of Maple Avenue, was charged with Petit Larceny after deputies alleged he stole property from a victim and later pawned the items.
Beluke was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Palmyra Town Court on December 4 at 5 p.m.
The investigation was conducted by Deputy Yonker and Deputy Fernaays.
