The Seneca Community Players will once again perform their adaptation of the 1947 Lux Radio Theatre’s “It’s a Wonderful Life,” titled “Merry Christmas, George Bailey.” The show will run December 6-8 at the Lafayette Theater in Waterloo and December 12-15 at the Bijou Theater in Seneca Falls as part of the annual It’s a Wonderful Life Festival.
The live radio play captures the heart of the classic film, with voice actors portraying beloved characters and creating sound effects on stage. This community tradition, now in its 25th year, draws audiences from across the U.S. and internationally. The production coincides with Waterloo’s Real Christmas celebration on December 7.
Tickets are available at senecacommunityplayers.org or at the door.
