A Dundee man was taken into custody by Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies on November 7 following allegations of violating a court-issued order of protection. The arrest, made on Highland Drive at 5:28 p.m., resulted from an ongoing investigation into a reported protection order breach that occurred in early November.
Ethan C. Bailey, 32, was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree. After his arrest, he was taken to the Yates County Jail, where he will remain until his next scheduled appearance in Yates County CAP Court.
