A 24-year-old Seneca Falls man was arrested on October 21 following a landlord-tenant dispute that led to property damage, police said.
Carson Butler was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim, during which he allegedly damaged the victim’s property without permission.
Butler was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is expected to return to court at a later date.
