Police arrested a Newark resident following a family trouble complaint on Monday.
Randall Giles, 63, was charged with harassment after punching his girlfriend’s daughter.
Detials of the incident were not released. However, police say Giles punched the victim in the face during the incident.
He was taken to the Wayne County Jail for processing.
