Trumansburg’s Compass Manufactured Home Community is undergoing significant renovations to enhance living conditions and address long-standing infrastructure issues.
Purchased by Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services (INHS) in August 2021, the former Auble’s Mobile Home Park spans 138 units across Trumansburg and the town of Covert.
Major improvements nearing completion include new roads widened to 20 feet, upgraded water and sewer lines, enhanced electrical systems, and added street lighting.
