A major barn fire broke out Tuesday on Keech Road in the town of Jerusalem, bringing firefighters from Yates, Steuben, and Ontario counties to the scene.
Heavy smoke was seen pouring from the three-story structure when law enforcement arrived shortly before noon.
All animals were safely rescued, and the lone individual inside the barn was able to exit unharmed. Firefighters managed to control the blaze within an hour.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
