A 23-year-old man was arrested Saturday evening on two active bench warrants for failing to appear in court, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Kyle M. Carey was taken into custody without incident at 7:46 p.m. The warrants were issued by the City of Canandaigua Court and Ontario County Court after Carey failed to appear on charges of petit larceny and third-degree burglary.
Carey was transported to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention and is expected to return to court at a later date to answer the charges.
