A Bernhards Bay man was arrested Tuesday following an investigation into a July personal injury crash in Sodus.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that Kenneth A. Egleston, 68, was found to have been under the influence at the time of the collision, according to recent blood test results.
Egleston was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to yield right of way, operating without insurance, and driving an unregistered vehicle.
He was processed and released, with a court appearance scheduled in Sodus Town Court at a later date.
