Keuka College’s Nursing Lab is set to undergo its final phase of renovations, thanks to a generous $150,000 donation from an anonymous donor. The gift, made in memory of alumna Mary Ikeda Chin ’50 and Bing L. Chin, will fund crucial updates to the Primary Care/Health Assessment Suite, including new clinical equipment, lifelike exam models, and additional nursing stations.
“This gift reflects a shared commitment to preparing our students for impactful careers in health and human services,” said Rich Basler, Vice President for Advancement at Keuka College. The funds will ensure students have access to cutting-edge tools, furthering the College’s mission to provide hands-on, experiential learning.
Renovations will begin after Commencement in spring 2025, with the improved facilities available by the next academic year.
