Yates County Deputies arrested a Branchport woman early Monday morning on an active warrant. Megan E. Turker, 37, was taken into custody after being spotted at a local business in the Village of Penn Yan.
Deputies confirmed that Turker had an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Town of Jerusalem court. She faces charges of second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree harassment.
Following her arrest, Turker was transported to the Yates County Jail, where she awaits CAP arraignment. The Penn Yan Police Department assisted in the arrest.
