A Naples man was arrested early Monday morning following a domestic incident that resulted in assault charges.
Thomas Roland Folts Jr., 32, was taken into custody around 5:30 a.m. at his residence on State Route 21 after allegedly striking a family member in the eye and shoving them to the ground.
The victim sustained abrasions to their arm and palm as a result of the altercation. Folts was charged with third-degree assault and appeared at the Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP).
He is scheduled to appear in Naples Town Court at a later date to respond to the charge.
