A Palmyra woman was arrested after allegedly damaging property during a domestic dispute, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies charged 75-year-old Beverly E. Quirk with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an investigation into an incident at her son and daughter-in-law’s home on Route 21. Authorities say Quirk damaged an exterior door during the altercation.
Quirk was taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Wayne County Jail for centralized arraignment. The victim requested an order of protection be issued.
Quirk is expected to appear in court at a later date to respond to the charges.
