Two Seneca Falls women were arrested Tuesday afternoon after allegedly shoplifting from a local store. Mindy L. Aguilera and Jessica A. Dyson were observed taking items from store shelves and leaving without paying, according to authorities.
The duo was stopped during a traffic stop shortly after the theft. Both women were taken into custody and charged with petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy, both misdemeanors.
Aguilera and Dyson were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date. The Waterloo Police Department assisted in the arrest.
