Deputies say a Clifton Springs man was arrested over the weekend after a motorcycle crash in the town of Manchester.
Andrew Kuhn, 47, of Clifton Springs, was arrested on Saturday, August 17, 2024, for Driving While Intoxicated following a motorcycle crash on Silver Street in the Town of Manchester.
Kuhn was riding a 2005 Yamaha 999 northbound when he lost control and veered off the road, causing the motorcycle to tip over. A roadside investigation determined that Kuhn was operating the motorcycle while intoxicated.
He was issued a traffic citation for DWI and taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment on August 18, 2024. Kuhn is scheduled to appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
