Head coach Sean McDermott said Valdes-Scantling, Trubisky, and Morris will miss multiple weeks with their injuries while Samuel, Hamlin, and Spector are considered week-to-week.
Due to the growing list of injuries, McDermott has decided to rest the starters in the final preseason game against the Carolina Panthers this Saturday at Highmark Stadium, giving younger players a chance to prove themselves. The only player who was already set to sit out is starting quarterback Josh Allen.
