A Webster man was injured and cited after a two-car accident in the Town of Benton on August 10.
Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to State Route 364 at around 12:58 p.m., where they found that Andrade E. Debeli, 25, had failed to yield the right of way while attempting to cross the highway from Lovejoy Road.
Debeli’s vehicle collided with a westbound car on State Route 364, resulting in minor injuries for Debeli, who was transported to Geneva General Hospital for further evaluation. Authorities cited Debeli for failing to yield the right of way. The condition of the other driver was not disclosed.
