The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a motorcycle crash in Sodus that sent a 25-year-old woman to the hospital.
Deputies responded to the incident at the intersection of Maxwell Road and Christian Holler Road on Sunday evening. The crash occurred when John M. Acevedo-Rivera, 25, lost control of the motorcycle while turning left onto a gravel road, causing it to crash.
Passenger Jeyra Rivera-Ramos, 25, was transported to Newark Wayne Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while Acevedo-Rivera was uninjured. The Wayne County Ambulance assisted at the scene.
