A Dundee man faces multiple charges after an ATV crash involving five children on Union Street in Dundee on Saturday night. Yates County Sheriff Deputies responded to the incident at 10:56 p.m., where they arrested 35-year-old Jamie Richardson.
According to deputies, Richardson was operating a UTV on private property in a reckless manner, carrying five children when he allegedly swerved intentionally into a golf cart. Despite the dangerous crash, no injuries were reported, and medical personnel checked all involved.
Richardson has been charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was issued an appearance ticket and released, pending further court proceedings.
