Deputies say a Lyons resident was taken into custody after a traffic stop on State Route 14 early-Monday.
Adalberto Garciadiaz, 42, faces several charges, including Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. Additional charges include Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance, Unregistered and Uninspected Motor Vehicle, Improper Plates, Speeding, and Alcohol Consumption in a Vehicle.
Deputies reported Garciadiaz failed field sobriety tests and refused a chemical test at the sheriff’s office. He was transported to Wayne County Jail, awaiting CAP arraignment and future court proceedings in Lyons Town Court.
