A Lyons man was arrested for trespassing at the Lyons National Bank on William Street. Wayne County deputies detained Jason Ward, 34, after observing him on the property despite previous warnings to stay away.
Ward, a resident of Water Street, was taken into custody at the bank and transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing. He was subsequently issued an appearance ticket.
Ward is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court for further proceedings. The incident occurred around noon on July 28, and deputies continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the trespass.
