A local man who’s been arrested several times in the last year was arrested again this week after police in Seneca Falls say he failed to appear in court.
Matthew R. Garneau, 23, of Waterloo, NY, was arrested on July 23 by the Seneca Falls Police Department on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court. The warrant stemmed from a previous arrest for conspiracy in the sixth degree and multiple traffic violations.
Initially released on an appearance ticket, Garneau missed his court date, prompting the issuance of the bench warrant. He was transported to the Seneca County Jail for arraignment at CAP court. The New York State Police assisted in the arrest.
