The Yates County Sheriff’s Office says a Victor woman was arrested after a single car accident on Saturday.
Deputies arrested Catherine M.L. Carlson, 53, of Victor, NY, following a single-car accident on Shay Road in Naples on July 13. Deputies responded to the crash around 8:34 p.m.
Carlson allegedly failed to navigate a curve, causing her vehicle to leave the road, hit a gate, and stop in a wooded area. She refused field sobriety tests and was charged with felony Driving While Intoxicated, along with several traffic violations.
Carlson was taken to Yates County Jail and is awaiting arraignment.
