Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reports the arrest of Jessica M. Newbrook, 34, of Geneva, for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
On June 15, Newbrook allegedly borrowed a vehicle and refused to return it when asked by the owner. Deputies arrested her on June 20 at 7:33 p.m.
Newbrook was processed at the Seneca County Correctional Facility and released with an appearance ticket. She will answer the charges in Tyre Town Court at a later date.
