The Ithaca Police Department arrested two men on June 11 after witnessing a drug sale on West State Street.
Devon A. Jenkins, 30, was caught with 27 glassine envelopes of suspected fentanyl and six bags of suspected heroin. He faces three Class B Felony charges, including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance near a school. Jenkins was sent to Tompkins County Jail without bail.
Justin J. Rose, 35, was charged with a Class A Misdemeanor for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was released and will appear in Ithaca City Court later.
