The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Joseph W. Donson, 21, of Savannah, for damaging farm fields in Galen.
Authorities say that on June 6, Donson recklessly drove his pickup truck through newly seeded fields on River Road, causing significant damage. He faces two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and one count of trespass.
Donson was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Town of Galen Court at a later date.
