Poore faces charges for robbing a woman of $200 at an ATM on March 9 and stealing $400 from a clerk at the Circle K store the next day. He is also accused of attempting a robbery at the Petro Travel Stop, where he allegedly threatened to use a gun but did not show one. Police later found Poore at del Lago Resort & Casino and took him into custody.

Assistant County Public Defender Brooke Moore entered not guilty pleas for Poore. District Attorney John Nabinger has proposed a sentence of 4-12 years in prison if Poore pleads guilty. The next court appearance is set for August 7.
