Bove, whose legal expertise has catapulted him onto the national stage, is the son of local attorney Emil Bove Jr., who practices at Midey, Mirras, and Ricci in Seneca Falls.

After graduating from Mynderse Academy as salutatorian, Bove pursued higher education at SUNY Albany, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy and economics in 2003.

He later graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2008, forging a path that would lead him back into the national spotlight as a key figure in high-profile legal battles.
