The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Marion man following a domestic incident.
According to a news release, Joseph McCarthy, 58, was arrested for criminal tampering and attempted grand larceny.
It’s alleged that McCarthy tried selling a vehicle that didn’t belong to him, and wrote on the windshield of the vehicle.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
