The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Geneva pair following a narcotics investigation.
Joequell Solomon, 30, and Emily Kerr, 23, both of Geneva were arrested after having been found in possession of 100 counterfeit oxycodone pills that were intended to be sold to another person.
The two were charged with a felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, as well as endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies said there was a child in the car with them while they possessed the narcotics.
They were both arraigned and released without posting bail, according to deputies.
