Syracuse guard Dyaisha Fair was selected 16th overall in the 2024 WNBA Draft by the Las Vegas Aces on Monday night.
Fair, who is third all-time in NCAA Division I women’s basketball scoring with 3,403 points, is the sixth player in WNBA history to be drafted out of Syracuse University and the third second-round pick.
The Rochester, N.Y., native joins Brittney Sykes (Washington Mystics) as the only active Syracuse player in the WNBA.
