The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Stanley woman following a domestic incident over the weekend.
Around 6:30 on Sunday deputies arrested Elizabeth Pastore, 53, for criminal mischief.
The charges stem from an incident on Voak Road in Potter where Pastore allegedly prevented another person from calling 911 for help during a dispute.
Additional details about what led to that moment were not released.
She was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charges at a later date.
