Police arrested a Canandaigua man following a disturbance at a Holiday Harbor address earlier this month.
According to a news release from Canandaigua police, Deven Alves, 32, was arrested for menacing after placing his hands on the face of another person.
After placing his hands on them he shoved them backwards, which resulted in the menacing charge.
He will answer that charge at a later date in city court.
