Auburn Bagel Co. made its debut in downtown Auburn on Tuesday, introducing New York City-style bagels.
Owned by Tony Daddabbo, an Auburn native with two decades of global restaurant consulting experience, the shop features a wide array of bagels and cream cheese varieties.
The newly opened bagel shop offers a diverse menu that includes flavors like sesame, poppy, whole wheat, and cinnamon raisin, alongside an extensive selection of cream cheese options such as scallion, veggie, and lox.
The shop also serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, soups, and other baked goods. Customers can visit the shop from early morning until early afternoon throughout the week.
Located at 105 Genesee St., Auburn Bagel Co. occupies the same space as Daddabbo’s family’s former pizza shop, Daddabbo’s Pizza.
