The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 23-year-old Lyons woman after a one-car crash.
Caitlin Shaffer was arrested for DWI, driving with a BAC over 0.18%, and moving from lane unsafely after her car left a roadway in Lyons and collided with a tree.
Following an investigation, Shaffer was found to be intoxicated and had a BAC of 0.18%.
She will answer the charges at a later date in local court.
