The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man following a traffic stop.

Michael Kennedy, 58, was originally stopped for running a red light in the village of Sodus.

After field sobriety tests he was found to be intoxicated.

Kennedy had a BAC of 0.21% and was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and issued other tickets returnable to local court.
