Police say a 31-year-old Waterloo woman was arrested on larceny and mischief charges after causing damage in a restroom at a local business.

Brandy Elliot, 31, of Waterloo was arrested for petit larceny and criminal mischief.

Those charges stem from an incident where she allegedly entered the business’ restroom and ripped items off the wall causing damage.

It’s also alleged that she stole items that were taken off the wall.

Police say appearance tickets were issued and the charges will be answered at a later date in village court.
