The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 42-year-old following an investigation into a one-car crash on State Route 89.
According to a news release, Shaun Johnson, 42, of Seneca Falls struck a guard rail causing significant damage to his vehicle.
During the accident investigation it was determined that Johnson was operating his vehicle while intoxicated.
As result, he was arrested for DWI and other traffic violations. All of the charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
