Police say a Naples man was taken into custody on a felony charge after threatening to kill a person with a knife in Penn Yan.
According to a news release, Andrew Schenk, 44, of Naples was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident on March 6 where he threatened a protected party with a knife.
During that incident he threatened to kill the person with the knife, which resulted in him being charged with criminal contempt as a felony.
He was arraigned and further charges are pending as the investigation continues.
