Deputies say a 39-year-old Marion resident was arrested for stealing a John Deere Gator UTV last fall from a local business.
Following an investigation, Joshual Lawliss, 39, was charged with grand larceny, as a felony, after a Gator UTV was stolen from Nutrien AG Solutions on October 15.
He was held at the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
