Canandaigua man arrested for stalking at Walmart

Deputies arrested a local man following an incident at the Canandaigua Walmart.

Christopher VAnderwall Jr., 38, was arrested for fourth-degree stalking.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office didn’t specify what took place there, but noted that Vanderwall was issued appearance tickets returnable to Hopewell Town Court.

No date has been set yet for his next court appearance.
