The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 34-year-old Waterloo man following an investigation that started last year.
Derrick Head, 34, of Waterloo was arrested for harassment after an incident last year was investigated.
During that incident, Head is accused of spitting on a person.
He was taken to the Seneca County Jail to be arraigned. An order of protection was requested for the victim.
