Geneva police arrested a Rochester resident following a warrant investigation in the city.
Norberto, Deleon-Colon, 42, was arrested for second-degree criminal contempt after an investigation.
He’s accused of violating an active court order.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at a later date.
