The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man following a disturbance at the county jail.
According to a news release, David Evans, 34, is alleged to have pushed a correctional officer and raised his right fist in an attempt to punch them.
He was taken into custody after the incident for obstruction.
That charge will be answered at a later date.
