The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of a Geneva man on several charges in the town of Waterloo.
Darnell Dye, 40, was arrested for unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment.
The arrest stems from a domestic incident where he attacked a woman and held her to the ground by the throat. Police said the incident took place in front of several children.
He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
