Police arrested a Naples man in the village of Penn Yan after a domestic incident where a woman was held against her will.
Andrew Schenk, 44, was charged with unlawful imprisonment, stalking, and harassment after an incident that happened in mid-October, according to police.
Schenk is accused of getting into a physical altercation with a woman in a vehicle, and then prevented her from exiting.
The charges will be answered at a later date, police said.
