A longtime representative on the Yates County Legislature is stepping down.
Dr. Timothy Cutler told his legislature colleagues on Monday that he would be stepping down.
In a message to the Legislature, the District No. 1 representative called it a privilege to serve on the board and represent residents.
He did not provide additional context for the resignation. He’s served in this capacity since 2017.
