Waterloo man called protected party on jail phone while incarcerated

Deputies say a Waterloo man faces felony charges after he contacted a protected party by phone from the Seneca County Jail.

Jeremy Capron, 28, of Waterloo was charged with felony counts of criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.


He’s accused of making phone calls to a protected party listed on an order of protection using the Seneca County Jail phones.

He was arraigned on the new charges and will appear in local court at a later date.
